Why do you need my renewal of E&O Certificate of Insurance?

Most of our carrier partners require proof of an E&O certificate to avoid the termination of the Agent’s appointment.

Is Gap available to Individuals or only groups?

Gap plans are only available at group level and all insureds must be on the employer’s major medical plan.

Call (941) 404-4035, there you will be prompted to select Dial-by-Name Directory or List of Departments.  Select Dial-by-Name Directory and enter the first 3 letters of the employees first name to be transferred to the employee.
